Bradford Wedding Photography
Great Victoria Hotel, Bradford
Quite possibly the most chilled out couple, EVER. Any more so, and they'd have been horizontal.
They booked me, but hadn't really wanted a photographer, weren't doing a first dance, and their cake was... well, wait and see!
I arrived to a very chilled Natalie, starting to get ready with her bridesmaids, daughter, and with cheeky cameos from her son, nephew & extended family.
The boys room was decidly more tense, more nervous..
It was soon time to get the dress on, with the usual nerves and excitement kicking in, as things always get more real at this point. Keeping in with their casual style, Natalie's 'wedding shoes' were super comfortable trainers.
A nervous Luke joked with their guests, before taking his place at the front with his Dad, awaiting the bridal party's grand entrance.
As you can see, the Great Victoria Hotel is a stunning venue, living upto the first part of its name. For central Bradford wedding venues, this is possibly my favourite to photograph at.
The emotions in the room were palpable, the love for this couple really shone through..
And sealed it with a kiss..
Just in time for father of the bride to receive a phone call..
We all had a short break, for a sneaky G&T, a craft fag, and for Natalie & Luke to relax with their guests.
A few group photos followed.. as relaxed as the super chilled newlyweds.
After spending some time catching their collective breathe, Natalie & Luke made their grand entrance into the room, where their cheeky little boy made an adorable speech, followed by Luke & the fathers.
It was almost finish time for little old me, good job too, as I could have stolen their ‘cake’.
I love all the little details, that make each wedding unique.
